Horizons 2006

Hello soon-to-be Horizon delegates,
It is now only 39 days away from the most marvelous conference in the world and so I would like to let you know of a couple of things.  Once you have filled out the cut-out on the brochure you recieved,  print out the Step 2 forms (both A and B) and fill those out as well, then mail everything (3 pages) as well as your payment to us here at McMaster (address is in the Registration Information section).
Payment can be made by Cheque (payable to Horizons-McMaster Student Union), Money Order, and Credit Card (Master Card and Visa).  Again it costs $170, but if the payment is received after the deadline, then an additional $25 will be added to the fee!
We can’t wait to see you, and we know you’ll have a blast!
