Registration Information
Thank you for your interest in Horizons 2006: Future Student Leaders Conference, you can register in three easy steps before July 26th, 2006:
- Complete the inside panel of the brochure (then detach)
- Click on the following links to download and Print BOTH of the step 2 forms. Step 2 Form A AND Step 2 Form B
- Send all completed forms with payment to:

The cost of the conference is $170, however all late applications will be subject to an additional $25 fee.
